Morning Ritual: What's the first thing you do in the morning to set a positive tone for the day?
Always the very first thing is giving my babies a cuddle. Then, I make a matcha and listen to a podcast while driving to work. If I’m lucky, I squeeze in a Pilates class before 9am. It’s this mix of little routines that helps set a great tone for my morning.
Daily Inspiration: Could you share a daily practice or routine that keeps you inspired and motivated?
One of my key daily practices for staying inspired and motivated is being in the office with my team. Our alignment on values fosters a collaborative environment where we can share and refine ideas together. This interaction is invaluable for validating thoughts and sparking new insights. Additionally, incorporating exercise into my routine provides a necessary break and helps maintain my motivation throughout the day.
Evening Ritual: How do you unwind and practice self care in the evening after a busy day?
Ah, the elusive evening unwind. Right now, my version of self-care often comes down to the fleeting moments between collapsing into bed and falling asleep. With young children, any chance of relaxation depends on the outcome of a high-stakes game of bedtime negotiation rather than a peaceful bath or quiet dinner. My evenings are more about grabbing whatever tranquility I can find amid the chaos, like a few deep breaths and the rare chance to enjoy a TV show after the kids are finally asleep. Maybe one day I'll return to those serene rituals, but for now, I’m finding contentment in the small victories of daily life.

All of them! I have the Discovery Set so will mix and match oils often. They’re all incredible.
Words of Wisdom/Words to live by: What's a piece of advice or words of wisdom that you might like to share in relation to self care or finding time for yourself?
My advice for self-care is to find balance in the small things and remember that it doesn't always require grand gestures but rather, try to appreciate the small, simple moments in your day. Self-care can be as simple as taking a few moments of quiet, fitting in a quick workout or a simple act of kindness to yourself like celebrating small wins instead of focusing only on what's left to do. These seemingly minor practices can collectively make a big difference in your overall well-being.
