Absolutely! We recommend starting from your feet and massaging the oil up and over your entire body (while taking a moment to breathe in the fragrance and set your intention).

Is it better to use this oil on wet or dry skin?

Ideally, this oil should be used on clean, slightly damp skin - so just after a bath or shower.
