Each morning, I begin with gentle stretches and deep, conscious breaths to help me reconnect with my body and center myself. I set an intention for the day ahead and take a quiet moment to feel gratitude for the life we get to live down south, it’s a daily reminder of how blessed we are!

Running in the mountains is my reset. It reignites my vitality, boosts my confidence, and reminds me of my strength. There’s something deeply empowering about being out in nature, moving freely, and breathing it all in.

How do you slow down and invite peace into your evening after a busy day?
I love cooking a wholesome, nourishing dinner for my husband and me, it’s my way of grounding and giving. We take a slow evening walk through the neighbourhood, a simple ritual, but it helps me unwind and gently transition into rest.

What is one way you bring kindness to yourself or others in your daily life?
I make it a point to check in with the people I love, whether it’s a phone call, or inviting them over for dinner. These small moments of connection are my way of offering presence, love, and support.
